Hello, I’m Sean Palmer and for over 21 years I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of young people who are neurodivergent in private and public schools and also privately online understand and accept who they are and recognise that they are so much more than a label. I also help those who support neurodivergent individuals develop a greater understanding of the person behind the diagnosis.

 I do this in two ways: Through my direct work with neurodivergent children and young people, using mentoring and musical based interventions to support their confidence, development and wellbeing; and through Keynote talks and my book Beyond Labels: A Journey with Tourette’s Syndrome and Autism where i share may personal lived experience living with Tourette’s Syndrome and Autism.

I share my lived experience and professional Insight through powerful talks for schools, organisations and events.

Beyond Labels: The Book

My personal journey of Autism and Tourette’s Syndrome from childhood, diognisis, and family like through bullying, anxiety, relationships, adulthood and my carrer. Along the way i share the experiences that’s have shape me, the challenges I’ve faced and the lessons I’ve learned, offering practical takeaways on understanding neurodiversity, bullying, confidence, communicating openly, respecting boundaries, recognising strengths and creating greater understanding and acceptance. 



 


















School-Based Music & Mentoring

I provide music sessions in schools for neurodivergent children and young people, combining mentoring with hands-on music-making to support confidence, self-expression, engagement and personal development.

Pupils can learn drums, guitar, keyboard and ukulele, as well as explore music production, learning how to create and produce their own music.

Their creativity can then become something they can be proud of, with their work brought together into Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter albums that can be shared and celebrated with the school, peers and families.
